How should I dress before coming to your spa?
Dress comfortably. With selected treatments, we provide robes and sandals to better accommodate the service you are receiving.

How early should I arrive before my appointment?
We always ask for at least 15 minutes prior. It’s always ok to come earlier and take advantage of our waiting room where we offer tea, fruit and music videos.

What should I expect after my treatment?
With any of our treatments, you’ll be good to go and able to continue on with your daily lifestyle.

How old do I have to be to receive a treatment?
If you are underage, you need to come in with an adult.

Do I have to take a shower before my treatment?
If you’d like to take a shower upon your arrival, you may. We also offer a shower facility here for your use equipped with shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion.

What is unique about Epicuren Body Line?
Epicuren is a true facial quality Spa Line. That means the same ingredients, manufacturing standards and quality control are identical to the Epicuren facial line. Remember, Epicuren believe if it is not good enough to put on your face, it does not belong on your body. By adding Epicuren to your spa treatments, a therapist is able to treat body, mind & spirit……and skin.

Why use lotion instead of oil?
Epicuren after bath 50/50 lotion is a facial quality moisturizer that contains the same organ specific protein enzymes that are used in the facial line. It is a blend of Facial Emulsion from the skin care line and the highest quality, triple filtered and cold pressed facial quality oils so it does not block the pores.

What is Propolis?
Honey bees, who have no immune system of their own, produce Propolis to act as the immune system of the hive itself. When used by humans, Propolis has the unique characteristics of being able to fight off harmful bacteria and viruses while at the same time not destroying friendly bacteria and affecting the delicate balance of the Eco-System.

The Propolis comes from the vast botanical diversity of the Brazilian rainforest. It is rich in unique antioxidant, 27 different bioflavonoid and special nutrients indigenous to the rainforest. Blended with the finest olive oil to deliver the essential oils Omega 3, 6 and 9, it deeply penetrates even the driest skin. Another unique ability is that Propolis selectively exfoliates damaged and dead skin cells while at the same time assists in revitalizing healthy cells.

What is Noni?
Known for its legendary healing properties, our Noni Gel is made from the nectar of a tropical fruit grown in the mineral rich volcanic soil of Hawaii. Nonie is great for treating sun and windburn. It is also soothing, healing and naturally tightens the skin. Noni is often called the “aloe of the pacific” because it can be used in place of Aloe Vera.
